Please be advised that research chemicals are not dietary supplements and must be used in a lawful manner. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are using them legally.
By purchasing from Next Chems, the customer agrees that they are purchasing research chemicals. These chemicals are intended for scientific and medical research purposes only and are not meant for human or veterinary use. Research chemicals are not subject to regulation under parts 100-740 in Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations (21CFR) because they are solely for laboratory research use.
The products offered by www.nextchems.com are intended for laboratory research purposes only. It is important to note that these products should not be used for any purpose other than their intended use. Some inappropriate uses of the products sold by Next Chems include, but are not limited to:

RETURN AND REFUND
Customers may request to return their unopened and sealable Research SARMs, PCTs, and MEPs order within 7 business days of delivery. However, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. A return tracking number must be provided, and once the warehouse confirms the returned products, our team will check them. Afterward, we will process the refund and notify the customer. A restocking fee of 15% per product will be deducted from the refund amount. For further information, customers can contact us at [email protected] or through our chat service.
If there are any missing or damaged items, the customer must notify us within 7 business days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the package with a clear tracking number and the products received.
We recommend customers to start with a small order to assess their satisfaction with our products and services. They can also check our reviews as we are confident that they will be satisfied with our offerings, given that most of our customers are repeat customers.
In case customers change their minds and wish to cancel their orders, they can do so by emailing us at www.nextchems.com. However, please note that cancellations are subject to a 25 USD processing fee. Orders cannot be canceled once they are endorsed for shipping. Therefore, customers must contact us as soon as possible; otherwise, we will be unable to correct or halt the shipment.
Please note the following information regarding package delivery and address verification:

If your package status is “Pre-shipment” for more than a week, please be aware that packages may not be immediately scanned upon pick-up or drop-off. Most packages are only scanned when they reach the local post office, but rest assured that your package is in transit as expected. Please keep in mind that once an order is handed over to our logistics partner, we have no control over it.

We are unable to offer refunds or reshipments for orders that are shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer. We can only use the information provided on the order form. However, we do offer a one-time 30% discount that you can use on any future transaction.

If your order is tagged as “Returned to Sender” by the courier due to an incorrect address on your order form, we are unable to offer a reshipment or refund. Returned shipments do not come back to us, and it is the customer’s responsibility to verify the information on their order form.
PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE
We offer a quality guarantee for our products. In the event that you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you purchased from us, you may have it tested at any HPLC licensed testing facility. If the results are negative, we will provide a refund for the total amount of the order and shipping costs.
AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITION
If you fail to comply with the rules of our Affiliate Program, we reserve the right to terminate your account and ban you from the program without prior notice. We also have the right to withhold any pending commission and seek the return of any payment made for commissions you earned up until the termination of your account. If we terminate you for cause, you and your business are not allowed to register again for our Affiliate Program, whether it’s for the same or any other website you own or control.
We prohibit the use of our brand name “Next Chems” in your keywords. If most of your traffic comes from brand keywords, you will not receive payment for your commissions. We may modify our Affiliate Program terms and conditions at any time at our discretion.
Discount code websites are not permitted, and your own orders will not count towards your commissions. Additionally, targeting keywords on PPC or SEO that include our brand name is not allowed, and violating this rule will result in the forfeiture of your commissions.
