RETURN AND REFUND

Customers may request to return their unopened and sealable Research SARMs, PCTs, and MEPs order within 7 business days of delivery. However, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. A return tracking number must be provided, and once the warehouse confirms the returned products, our team will check them. Afterward, we will process the refund and notify the customer. A restocking fee of 15% per product will be deducted from the refund amount. For further information, customers can contact us at support@nextchems.com or through our chat service.

If there are any missing or damaged items, the customer must notify us within 7 business days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the package with a clear tracking number and the products received.

We recommend customers to start with a small order to assess their satisfaction with our products and services. They can also check our reviews as we are confident that they will be satisfied with our offerings, given that most of our customers are repeat customers.

In case customers change their minds and wish to cancel their orders, they can do so by emailing us at www.nextchems.com. However, please note that cancellations are subject to a 25 USD processing fee. Orders cannot be canceled once they are endorsed for shipping. Therefore, customers must contact us as soon as possible; otherwise, we will be unable to correct or halt the shipment.

Please note the following information regarding package delivery and address verification:

If your package status is “Pre-shipment” for more than a week, please be aware that packages may not be immediately scanned upon pick-up or drop-off. Most packages are only scanned when they reach the local post office, but rest assured that your package is in transit as expected. Please keep in mind that once an order is handed over to our logistics partner, we have no control over it.

We are unable to offer refunds or reshipments for orders that are shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer. We can only use the information provided on the order form. However, we do offer a one-time 30% discount that you can use on any future transaction.

If your order is tagged as “Returned to Sender” by the courier due to an incorrect address on your order form, we are unable to offer a reshipment or refund. Returned shipments do not come back to us, and it is the customer’s responsibility to verify the information on their order form.
