Once you are logged in, navigate to Orders and click on the View button next to the order you wish to check.

If you placed your order as a guest, check your email for the confirmation email and tracking information. Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder as well.

To log in, please follow these steps:

1. Click here and enter your login credentials.
2. If you can’t remember your password, click on the “Forgot Password” button and check your email inbox, spam folder, and junk folder for the password reset email.

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to do so once the order has been placed. We cannot modify a transaction once it has been processed without incurring additional expenses. You can apply the discount code on your next purchase.
